It is truly hard to write a review for Ken without gushing. From day 1, Ken was available, helpful, supportive, and knowledgeable. We also sensed that throughout our home selling AND home buying process that Ken always had our best interest in mind. He is truly a person of integrity, honesty, and kindness-qualities often in short supply in the world of commission-based business. In regards to service, Ken responded to my phone call on Christmas Eve, and was out with us the very next day showing us houses. We were really hesitant to list our home for sale in the dead of winter right after the holidays, but Ken’s market analysis and all of his thorough data eased our fears. With Ken’s market analysis, perfect pricing, well-written property description, and expert home staging consultation (included with his package!) and professional photography, our home had incredible web traffic and foot traffic. We sold our home within 11 days(1), with 4 offers ABOVE asking price on the day of the open house! And it’s no surprise-Ken covered almost every intersection and corner of our entire neighborhood with vibrant banners and maximized attention for the event. My uncle even popped over and remarked at how warm, welcoming and knowledgeable both Ken and his staff were. The entire real estate process can be daunting, overwhelming, and stressful. Ken felt more like our friend and ally in the whole process, and was an expert at balancing my husband’s and my differing and sometimes conflicting feelings and opinions about properties and major decisions involved in both the home selling and buying transactions.
